Individual Therapy
I provide both short and long term counseling for adults over the age of 18 only. Sessions are 50 minutes and I provide sessions through telehealth only at this time. This allows me to see clients throughout the state of California.

I am currently contracted as an in-network provider with Aetna, Optum, and Carelon Behavioral Health. Copays vary by your insurance plan.
